As a Senior SRE II at Flywire, you will anchor production reliability, shaping scalable cloud infrastructure and enabling fast, dependable delivery. You’ll partner with product teams to set SLOs/SLIs and promote best practices for resilient systems. You’ll troubleshoot complex stack issues, participate in on-call rotations, and drive blameless postmortems. You’ll also build self-service tooling for developers and explore AI-driven production workloads, contributing to Flywire’s mission to simplify integral payments.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, build, and maintain core AWS infrastructure with IaC for high availability and low latency
• Define SLOs/SLIs with product teams and guide system architecture
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across the stack and participate in on-call rotations

• Develop internal self-service tooling for safe infrastructure management
• Explore and integrate emerging tech, including agentic AI workloads in production

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Infrastructure in production at scale
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with deep systems expertise
• Proficiency in at least one modern language (Go, Python, Ruby, Java, or Kotlin) and testing practices
• Hands-on production experience with AWS, Docker, xqbhyrx Kubernetes/ECS, Terraform, and CI/CD pipelines (GitLab/Jenkins)
• Ability to own complex system challenges and translate business needs into designs
• Fluent English communication for distributed teams
