ppDescripción del trabajo By Sales is looking to recruit a New-Build Property Sales Consultant for a long-term project focused on an international clientele in the Estepona (Málaga) area. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3pReporting directly to the Sales Director, your responsibilities will include: /pulliHandling and managing enquiries from prospective clients and collaborating estate agencies. /liliCoordinating and conducting property viewings and face-to-face meetings. /liliProactively following up with clients throughout the entire sales process. /liliNegotiating and closing reservations and sales contracts. /liliPreparing sales, marketing and market analysis reports for the property developer. /liliDeveloping and presenting marketing proposals. /liliManaging all administrative tasks related to the sales process. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliA dynamic and proactive professional with excellent sales and negotiation skills, capable of working independently. /liliFluent English is essential; additional languages will be considered a strong advantage.
