At Cigna Healthcare, your work contributes to better care experiences and supports customers through important moments in their lives. /ph3About The Role /h3pAs an Operating Effectiveness Manager, you lead a team of consultants who conduct deep dive assessments and process review initiatives across operational areas to identify gaps, optimize workflows, and support improvement projects. You work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment where creativity, data driven thinking, and strong stakeholder engagement are key. This role also supports cross functional project teams and contributes to continuous improvement within a diverse, global department comprising ISO 9001, Knowledge Xchange, and Process Engineering.
/ph3What You’ll Do /h3ulliMentor Lean Six Sigma consultants on their day-to-day project management /liliUpskill resources on Lean Six Sigma methodologies. /liliValidate process maps, assess current workflows, and help identify gaps or structural issues that require improvement. /liliBuild stakeholder relationships with senior leaders across various books of business. Drive innovation programs aligned to their strategic objectives. /liliEngage proactively with teams and systems to generate executive insights through data analysis, and support evidence-based recommendations. /liliDesign long term transformation plans and present improvement proposals that enhance efficiency and operational outcomes across different business areas. /liliCoordinate project plans, working with multiple stakeholders to test, validate, and implement process changes. /liliDeliver changes effectively through clear presentations, documentation, training, and stakeholder engagement. /liliCollaborate with change enabling teams—including Automation, Quality Assurance, Planning, NPS, Data Analytics, Knowledge Xchange, and Learning Development—to support delivery and measure impact after implementation. /li /ulh3What You’ll Bring /h3ulliAt least 10 years of experience in a transformation role at Cigna or a similar business. /liliExperience supporting business projects, improvement initiatives, or acting as a subject matter expert. /liliStrong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills. /liliAbility to work effectively in evolving environments, manage competing priorities,
