In this role you will support standard costing, cost analysis, and SAP data accuracy to enable sound financial decisions across manufacturing operations. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive costing initiatives from concept to implementation and ensure data integrity in master data and costing processes. The position offers opportunities to optimize costs, benchmark plant performance, and contribute to governance and compliance within a global context. You will work closely with the Finance Director to translate financial insights into actionable improvements that bolster operational efficiency and profitability.

• Collaborate with multiple departments to gather inputs for standard costing in SAP
• Participate in the costing process for new initiatives from conception to final cost
• Analyze variances and identify drivers of cost changes
• Support costing activities related to insourcing projects from other manufacturing plants




• Ensure material master data is maintained in SAP
• Support data accuracy and consistency across costing and controlling processes
• Prepare benchmarking analyses between manufacturing plants
• Support cost optimization initiatives through data and performance analysis
• Maintain and update internal procedures and work instructions
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and corporate policies

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Finance or related field
• Experience in Controlling; industrial controlling or costing xqbhyrx is advantageous
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Collaborative, proactive, and structured working style
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Strong SAP knowledge
• Fluent in English and Spanish
