As part of its ongoing expansion, B&B; Trends is seeking a Marketplace Manager with proven experience in the Slovak, Czech, and Romanian markets to help drive growth and strengthen its presence across the region.

Main responsabilities:

- Management and development of marketplace accounts Alza, Datart (HP Tronic), Mall, Allegro, eMAG and Altex: Manage and optimize key marketplace accounts to maximize performance and drive business growth.

- Performance analysis: Continuously monitor sales, identify trends, detect improvement areas, and uncover new business opportunities.

- Pricing strategies: Support the definition and implementation of competitive pricing strategies, margin management, and promotional campaigns across marketplaces.

- Marketplace relationship management: Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace partners to resolve issues, improve processes, and maintain strong commercial relationships.

- Listing optimization:



Collaborate in the creation and optimization of product content (descriptions, titles, images, and keywords) to improve visibility, conversion rates, and product ranking.

- Competitive monitoring: Conduct market analysis and review competitor strategies to recommend actions that strengthen the brand’s market position.

- Sell-out, margin, and stock rotation control: Monitor and analyze commercial performance by category and customer to ensure profitable and efficient account management.

- Reporting and KPIs: Prepare regular reports on account performance, key KPIs, and actionable insights to support decision-making.

Requirements

-

- Previous e-commerce experience (at least) in one of the Romanian, Czech, and Slovak markets .

- Proven experience in sales management and negotiation with buyers , as well as responsibility for P&L; management .

- Strong knowledge of the above-mentioned marketplaces and e-commerce analytics tools. xhfqzwm

- Languages: Fluent English is required ;
Other languages would be considered a plus.
