Job Summary

As a Collections Specialist, you'll keep cash flow healthy and customer relationships smooth. You'll manage a portfolio of accounts, resolve payment issues with clarity and empathy, and ensure accurate, timely documentation across systems.

Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of domestic and international customer accounts.
- Follow up on past-due invoices and resolve disputes confidently.
- Investigate discrepancies, fix payment issues, and reconcile accounts.
- Maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems.
- Flag payment risks proactively and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Deliver clear, professional support to internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- +3 years of collections experience (2+ in B2B/subscription environments).
- Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.




- Full professional proficiency in English.
- Solid MS Office skills and ease in working with multiple teams.

Desired Additional Skills
- Additional European languages, especially French, German, or Italian.
- Experience with Salesforce or ERP systems (Workday a plus).
- Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.G., Jira).
- SaaS or tech industry experience.
