We are currently looking to expand our Madrid office with a passionate Recruitment Consultant who speaks English and is driven by talent and clean energy

Responsibilities

- Identify and recruit mid-level and senior professionals for companies.

- Conduct CV screenings and competency-based interview,

- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: from initial contact to offer presentation.

- Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring journey.

- Collaborate on market mapping and talent analysis





- Sttend industry events and conferences to stay up to date with sector trends.

- Fluent in both English and Spanish.

- Genuine interest in the renewable energy sector

- Previous experience in recruitment is a plus, especially for technical or international profiles.

- Ability to work under pressure with a proactive, results-oriented mindset
