We're building a small, AI‑native incubation team that reports directly to our VP of Engineering. Think of it as a startup inside a scaled company: a blank canvas to build brand‑new AI products, but with real users from day one and a mature go‑to‑market engine already behind you.

You won't be picking up tickets. You'll spot problems, decide what to build, and ship it — end to end.

What you'll do

- Take AI products from 0→1: idea, prototype, production
- Work fluidly across backend, frontend, product, and go-to-market
- Own outcomes with high autonomy — see a gap, go fix it, no waiting on sign‑off
- Ship AI features (agents, RAG, assistants)



to a platform already used by thousands of companies and over a million users

Who we're looking for
- A former founder, founding engineer, or CTO of a small company — someone who has built and shipped things 0→1 (a failed startup is a strong signal, not a negative)
- High agency, deep curiosity, and a genuine maker's instinct
- Production AI experience (LLMs, xhfqzwm RAG, agents, chatbots) is a strong plus, though not a hard requirement
- Public work we can look at — GitHub, open source, writing, side projects
- Staff level or above;
comfortable staying hands‑on and writing production code

What we're not looking for
- Managers who haven't written code in a while
