I have full knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the spat including all treatment facilities as well as their location and layout. /p pI will perform the following relevant tasks for this role: /p ul liPerform spa menu treatments as per Six Senses Spas standards, ensuring quality and consistency across the team. /li liPerform specialized treatments with expertise, mentoring junior therapists where required. /li liSupervise and ensure treatment rooms are stocked and always maintained as per standards, delegating tasks effectively to team members. Set up treatment rooms according to standards, ensuring readiness for audits and guest inspections. /li liRequest, log, and oversee stock of supplies for treatment rooms, identifying procurement needs proactively. /li liServe the welcome drink or other menu offerings to the guests when required, ensuring personalized guest interactions. /li liOversee and uphold the cleanliness and hygiene of the Spa and treatment rooms, conducting regular checks to maintain compliance with health and safety standards. /li liMaintain the spa equipment,



ensuring operational safety and longevity. /li liHandle and resolve guest complaints, escalating critical issues to management while supporting staff on conflict resolution techniques. /li liRecord all guest comments and suggestions, analyzing feedback to improve service delivery. /li liLog and review product recommendations to guests, tracking sales performance and contributing to retail strategy. /li liComplete all required documents, controls, and reports (e.g., stock reports, daily logs, guest comments, lost found) with attention to detail. Conduct and supervise stock counts for both retail and professional products, ensuring accurate inventory management. /li liMonitor and analyze usage of professional products, providing recommendations for optimization. /li liUpsell fitness, spa, and wellness activities, leading by example and motivating the team to achieve sales targets. /li liAttend and actively participate in meetings and training, representing the team and sharing insights with peers and supervisors. /li liMaintain and enforce Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation, driving team performance to exceed benchmarks. /li liAdhere strictly to LQA standards, coaching the team to achieve exceptional guest experiences based on feedback and audits. /li liAct as a role model for service excellence,



mentoring and supporting team members to develop their skills and meet performance goals. /li liPerform any additional tasks assigned by supervisor/management, contributing proactively to the overall success of the spa. /li /ul h3Skills and Experience /h3 pTo execute the position of Spa Therapist I confirm that I have the required qualifications, technical skills and at least three years’ experience in a similar or greater role in luxury spas and health clubs with proven certifications and diplomas. I have graduated or have broad knowledge on anatomy and physiology, massage therapy, beauty therapy at either NVQ, ITEC or CIDESCO. /p pUnderstanding and specialization of various beauty product, aesthetic appliances, its specifications and uses. Knowledge in use of facial, nail or other beauty technology as required to fulfil spa treatments /p pI have knowledge in use of MS Office, have a good command of English (written and spoken) and I keep myself updated with the latest trends in spa and wellness. /p pI am a personally involved, visible and proactive host with excellent organizational skills. I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a passion for excellence and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury customer and I have experience and I am able to work in a cross-cultural environment positively. /p pI will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules and regulations, brand and operating standards, facilities and services. /p pSix Senses is an equal opportunity employer.
