Applicants should already be based on the island or be genuinely willing to relocate before starting the role. /p pRight hand to the Lead Designer on one of Ibiza's most ambitious residential developments. /p pBluepearl is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to work as the second-in-command alongside our Lead Designer, helping to drive the architectural and interior design vision of the project from concept through delivery. This is a senior role for a confident, organized professional who pairs strong creative instincts with command of today's digital and AI-driven workflows. You will work closely with the development, construction and commercial teams on site in Ibiza, and act as a steady, trusted point of contact for the wider project team. /p pThe successful candidate will combine proven creativity with the leadership, organizational and presentation skills needed to support the Lead, drive the team forward and represent the project at a high level. You will also help guard Bluepearl's visual identity — reviewing social media output,



presentation materials and every external touchpoint to ensure they stay on brand and on standard. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liAct as second-in-command to the Lead Designer, stepping into their role when needed and representing the design team internally and externally. /li liSupport the Lead in mentoring and coordinating a multidisciplinary design team (architecture, interiors, technical) and run the team day-to-day. /li liHelp develop and maintain the project's BIM environment, ensuring model integrity, version control and clash-free coordination. /li liProduce and review design documentation across all RIBA / Spanish project stages — concept, planning, technical, construction. /li liCoordinate with external consultants (structural, MEP, landscape, lighting) and ensure deliverables align with project standards. /li liTrack design timelines, deliverables and quality control across the team, flagging risks early to the Lead. /li liApply AI tools to accelerate concept generation, visualisation, documentation and review workflows. /li liSupport presentations to stakeholders, investors and regulatory authorities in English and Spanish — clearly, persuasively and to a high visual standard. /li liHelp ensure full compliance with Spanish and EU building regulations, CTE and local Ibiza / Balearic planning requirements. /li liHelp safeguard Bluepearl's visual identity and house style — reviewing social media posts, presentations, brochures, renders, sales materials and website visuals for consistent quality and brand alignment. /li liLiaise with marketing and external agencies on creative direction, photoshoots and renders, and help maintain the project's brand guidelines. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
