We are looking for an intern to support our HR department. /p h3About the Role: /h3 ul liManaging documentation relating to the onboarding, offboarding and contractual changes of employees. /li liProviding support with the absence management process. /li liMaintaining and updating employee records in the database. /li liSupporting the benefits management process and maintaining benefits platforms. /li liAssisting with employee enquiries. /li liParticipating in the drafting of HR process and procedure documentation. /li liAssisting with scholarship management. /li liManaging Jira tickets for new hires and departures. /li liTeleworking agreements. /li liAssisting with Workmeter management. /li liSupporting other administrative tasks within the department. /li /ul h3About You: /h3 ul liAdvanced level of English (C1). /li liBachelor’s degree in Business Administration (or a related field). /li liProactive individual with a positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn.
