As Rooms Division Manager, you will fully comprehend the vision of Six Senses, helping guests reconnect with themselves, others, and the world around them, while upholding our values of local sensitivity, general sensibility, emotional hospitality, and pioneering wellness.

Sustainability, wellness, and out‑of‑the‑ordinary experiences are at the core of everything we do. Your role will safeguard these pillars through strategic planning, development, and implementation of directives, practices, and initiatives across the hotel.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Continuously enhance the rooms experience by staying abreast of industry trends, improving product and service offerings, and updating knowledge and skills.





- Instill a cost‑focused philosophy through training and education.

- Lead the rooms department, managing teams, ensuring delivery of Six Senses' exceptional standards of operation and service.

- Establish and meet pre‑set financial targets related to revenue generation, profitability, and return on invested capital.

- Operate the property in compliance with all legal, statutory, financial, and contractual requirements, maintaining systems and protocols for security, safety, product and service standards, host management, and budgetary controls.

Qualifications

-

- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management, Business Administration, or equivalent, and four years of guest service/hotel experience, with at least two years in a management capacity;
preferred 5+ years in asimilar operational role.

- Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.

- Valid Spanish work permit or EU citizenship is required.
