As a QA Engineer at ERNI, you will enhance the quality of a leading industrial automation platform. You’ll apply manual testing and TestComplete to validate software across the development lifecycle, collaborating with Product Owners and engineering teams. The role supports continuous improvement and CI initiatives, in a team-driven, mentoring-friendly environment. You’ll work in a hybrid setup with strong focus on growth, learning, and delivering reliable, high-performing software. This is a hands-on role with meaningful impact on industrial automation projects.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Translate requirements into testable specifications and craft test plans
• Execute manual and automated tests and monitor defect lifecycle from identification to closure
• Contribute to test automation efforts and continuous integration improvements




• Collaborate with Product Owners and engineering teams to ensure quality, performance and reliability
• Support ongoing quality practices and help improve testing processes across the lifecycle

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of experience as QA Engineer across the full software development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and test automation tools such as TestComplete
• Knowledge of scripting languages and automated testing frameworks
• Understanding xqbhyrx of Agile methodologies, preferably SCRUM
• Experience or interest in Industrial Automation technologies (e.g., PLC, Motion Control, Robotics, Servo or Simulation)
