Your primary focus will be the instruction and technical mentorship of students across the following core areas:

- Studio Mentorship: Directing small student cohorts through rigorous project critiques, guiding them from initial creative concept to runway‑ready garments. Enabling them to translate abstract ideas into physical garments, advising on collection structure, lookbook creation, and encouraging discovery of their signature style.
- Pattern Making: Delivering comprehensive lectures in flat pattern construction, size grading, and precise toile development.
- Industrial Sewing & Draping: Instructing students in industrial sewing techniques, 3D draping, fabric manipulation, and meticulous garment fitting.
Required Qualifications

- Education: Master's Degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Technology,
or a strictly related creative discipline.
- Experience: Prior teaching and/or lecturing experience is a must, with a natural aptitude for mentorship and academic rigor.
- Language Fluency: Native or professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is a strict requirement. All instruction is delivered exclusively in English.
- Digital Fluency: Knowledge of fashion industry software—including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Procreate, contemporary digital illustration, and emerging AI design tools. xhfqzwm

- Illustration & Creative Research: Teaching capability in hand fashion illustration, trend research, collection forecasting, and contextualizing contemporary design through the history of art and fashion.
