At Embargo, we are expanding into Spain and looking for someone who wants to be much more than Sales: we want someone who will help build the market from day one.

We are a loyalty, CRM, and ordering platform for hospitality, with over 3,000 active venues and clients including leading SME brands in food & beverage. Now it’s Spain’s turn.

The role: Sales & Partnerships Leader — Spain

You will be responsible for opening opportunities, closing clients, and building relationships with restaurants, cafés, bakeries, ice cream shops, QSRs, and food retail brands. You will work directly with international leadership and have real impact on sales, marketing, product, and expansion strategy.

This role is for you if:

What we need:

- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales.

- Ideally experience selling software to hospitality, food & beverage SMEs, or retailers.

- Knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot.

- Confidence in cold calling, field sales visits, or a strong willingness to learn.

- Excellent communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.

- A proactive attitude: bringing solutions, not problems.
