**Join our growing SLT Training Team, supporting the rapid growth of cbs SLT and Partners
**.This role requires a blend of strategic educational planning and creative production skills.
You will contribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, from initial consultation with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), through the export of polished digital assets, to the ongoing assessment and improvement of courses.###
**Expectations and Tasks:
*** **Training Course Definition:




** Collaborate with SMEs to define outcome-based learning objectives, develop comprehensive training specifications and supporting documentation.
* **Content Authoring:
** Build interactive e-learning courses using industry standard authoring tools, designing to manage cognitive load and modern accessibility considerations while respecting adult learning theory and design thinking.
* **Multimedia Production:
** Create and edit visual assets, develop motion graphics/animations, produce narration scripts and perform video editing to enhance engagement.
* **Assessment Design (formative and summative):
** Support continuous course improvement and formal certification strategies.###
