Experteer Overview
In this role you will deploy and maintain AI-driven apps on AKS, focusing on cloud-native solutions, automation, and secure IaC with Azure data services. You will work closely with AI, DevOps, platform, and product teams to ensure scalable, secure deployments. The position offers hands-on development and operational responsibilities across CI/CD, container orchestration, and data services, contributing to SD Worx's mission of turning HR into business value.

• Deploy and maintain AI applications on Azure Kubernetes Service
• Build and manage CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps
• Containerize apps and manage deployments using Kubernetes manifests, Helm charts, or similar tooling
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with Terraform
• Configure secure access to secrets and certificates using Azure Key Vault
• Integrate apps with Azure data services such as Cosmos DB and Azure Database for PostgreSQL
• Support Python-based backend services, APIs, and AI components




• Implement deployment strategies (rolling updates, blue-green, canary)
• Monitor deployments, troubleshoot runtime issues, and improve reliability
• Collaborate with AI, DevOps, platform, and product teams

• Maintain deployment and runbooks documentation
