We are looking for aProcess Engineerto join our Electronics Manufacturing team and play a key role in optimizing operations, improving efficiency, and supporting NPI activities. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, productivity, and cost performance. /liliDrive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and problem-solving methodologies. /liliSupport BKN/NPI builds, process qualifications, and production readiness activities. /liliAnalyze process data, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. /liliCreate and maintain process documentation, work instructions, PFMEAs, and control plans. /liliCollaborate with Production, Quality, Design Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product launches.
