By automating manual prospecting, we help optimize workflows, ensuring a predictable and scalable sales pipeline—no wasted time, just results. /p pAfter successfully raising €5 million in a landmark seed funding round, we are looking to grow our teams and scale in key markets. /p h3About the role /h3 pWe’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to own the operational backbone of the employee lifecycle at Enginy, from onboarding to offboarding and everything in between. /p pThis is a foundational, high‑ownership role within a lean People team (Head of People, Talent Acquisition Partner and Office Manager). You will be responsible for making sure our People processes are accurate, compliant, reliable and scalable, so the company can grow with confidence. /p pThe role exists to remove operational risk and friction from People processes, ensure full compliance with Spanish labour regulations, and provide a smooth, professional employee experience. You’ll work closely with our Gestoria and Finance team on payroll, own our HR systems (Factorial and Notion), manage benefits and act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers on operational topics. /p pThis is not a coordination role, it’s an ownership role: /p ul libEmployee Lifecycle Ownership /b Ensure all people operations (onboarding, contract changes, leaves and offboarding) are executed accurately, on time and properly documented across systems. /li libPayroll, Compliance and Labour Relations /b Manage monthly payroll inputs and checks in collaboration with the Gestoria and Finance team, while maintaining compliance with Spanish labour law. /li libPeople Policies Best Practices /b Develop, update and communicate People policies ensuring clarity,



consistency and adoption across the organisation. Continuously improve processes to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency. /li libEnhance our Employee Value Proposition /b Manage our current Benefits offering and monitor opportunities which can be aligned with Enginy's culture as we scale. /li libScalable systems operational foundations /b Own and improve our People systems (Factorial) and knowledge base (Notion), ensuring clean data, clear documentation and processes that scale as Enginy grows. /li libLearning Development Support /b Support the coordination of training initiatives, with a focus on onboarding effectiveness and strengthening manager capabilities. /li libPeople Budget Planning /b Support the planning and monitoring of the People budget (benefits, tools, and initiatives), ensuring cost efficiency and alignment with company priorities. /li /ul h3About you /h3 pYou’re a detail‑oriented, hands‑on People Operations professional who takes pride in things working properly behind the scenes. You care deeply about accuracy, compliance, and creating a smooth employee experience, without overcomplicating things. /p ul libStrong People Operations experience /b Hands‑on experience managing the full employee lifecycle, including contracts, changes, leaves, and off‑boarding in a scaling company.



/li libSpanish labour law payroll knowledge /b Solid understanding of Spanish labour regulations and experience working with a Gestoria on payroll and compliance, ideally in a company with 50+ employees. /li libSystems, process data mindset /b Experience owning an HRIS (Factorial or similar) and maintaining documentation in tools like Notion.
