Your Impact

You will bring deep technical expertise to understand, characterize, and optimize materials , ensuring performance, compatibility, and scalability across our products and packaging systems.

What You'll Do

- Analyze and characterize materials and their chemical composition and behavior

- Understand interactions between raw materials and packaging (tubes, bottles, etc.)

- Assess how supplier differences impact material performance and product quality

- Investigate material‑related issues and drive practical, science‑based solutions

- Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams across Product Science, MS&T;, and Quality





- Translate complex findings into clear technical documentation and presentations

What You Bring

-

- MSc or PhD in Material Science, Chemistry, or related field

- 3‑8+ years in pharma, biotech, cosmetics, or injectable/aesthetic products

- Strong expertise in material characterization and analytical techniques

- Deep understanding of material interactions and applied science (not theoretical‑only)

- Hands‑on mindset with strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills

- Excellent technical writing and presentation abilities

- Applied material science in regulated industries (e.G., pharma, aesthetics, cosmetics)
