We believe the best software engineers build strong foundations by experiencing different parts of the product lifecycle,
from building customer facing features to ensuring quality and reliability at scale. As a Graduate Software Engineer, you’ll develop your technical skills while contributing to real products and services, supported by structured learning, coaching, and hands‑on delivery with an agile team. /p ul liBuilding and improving software features and services, working across the full development lifecycle from design and development through to delivery and maintenance /li liWorking on back end and/or front end components, learning how systems are designed, built and integrated to create great customer experiences /li liCollaborating closely with QA, Product and other team members to understand requirements, test outcomes and deliver high quality releases as part of an agile (SCRUM) team /li liLearning software quality practices, including writing and executing test cases, identifying defects and developing skills in automated testing /li liTaking part in mentoring, training and hands‑on learning to build both technical capability and wider product and business understanding /li liExploring modern engineering practices and tools, including how emerging technologies can be used to improve quality, efficiency and productivity /li /ul pThis programme is designed to give you meaningful, hands‑on experience from day one, with the support and space to learn, ask questions and grow, helping you build the skills, confidence and experience needed for a long term career in software engineering. /p h3Requisitos /h3 pTo be eligible for this role, you’ll need to have a Computer Science Degree (or equivalent) alongside:
