In this role you drive delivery across multiple squads within the eCommerce Platform Delivery team to enable seamless customer experiences across web, mobile, and connected channels. You’ll partner with product, engineering, and architecture to ensure scalable, value-focused outcomes and high-performing teams. The role combines agile delivery leadership with cross-team coordination to accelerate feature delivery and manage risks. This opportunity sits at the heart of easyJet’s digital hub in Barcelona, shaping the next generation of our digital commerce platforms.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own mission-level delivery across multiple squads ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
• Define squad priorities and outcomes while enabling self-organising teams
• Balance workload and capacity to optimise delivery pace, quality, and reliability
• Partner with Technical Product Owners and Lead Software Engineers to ensure feasibility and technical alignment




• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and conflicts across squads and Missions
• Foster high-performance culture within squads and promote continuous improvement
• Advocate for consistent agile practices to accelerate delivery
• Engage stakeholders to communicate progress and align outcomes with business goals

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience delivering in high-transaction, tech-driven environments using Agile methods
• Strong ability to coordinate xqbhyrx multiple squads and manage cross-Mission dependencies
• Familiarity with cloud and commerce technologies such as AWS, APIs, mobile platforms, and analytics
• Proven coaching, mentoring, and performance management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities
