Digital Sales Specialist – German and English fluency required. This role focuses on outbound sales, building relationships with Fortune 100 and other businesses, and helping the team exceed quarterly targets.

Responsibilities

-

- Drive sales by reaching and exceeding sales goals.

- Convert prospects into loyal clients using a cold‑calling strategy, uncovering true business needs and recommending the right ADP solutions.

- Deepen relationships across the ADP family by strategically cross‑selling new products and solutions.

- Collaborate daily with internal and external customers to maintain strong relationships.

Qualifications

-

- Demonstrated sales aptitude, assertive, persistent, and an excellent closer.

- Goal‑oriented with proven ability to reach and exceed monthly/yearly quotas.

- Highly organized with effective time and activity management skills.

- Excellent systems literacy in MS Office.

- Fluent in German and English.

- Business‑to‑business sales experience with prospecting, presentation, and territory management skills (preferred).





- Independently driven self‑starter capable of working with other ADP Sales Associates (preferred).

- Assertive cold‑calling sales approach (preferred).
