In this Software Architect role, you will shape the future of a cloud-native SaaS platform, moving from serverless/AWS toward container-based architectures. You will lead across services, APIs, and platform capabilities to deliver scalable, secure software for personalized healthcare solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to elevate design, testing, and production readiness, while mentoring engineers and aligning technical direction with business goals. This is a chance to influence multi-tenant, secure systems at scale and drive impactful transformation in healthcare technology.

• Define and evolve the architectural vision for scalable, secure SaaS solutions aligned with business goals
• Lead architecture decisions across services, APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities
• Guide the transition to container-based, cloud-native engineering practices
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve design, code quality, testing, deployment, and production readiness
• Coordinate with DevOps and platform teams on Kubernetes, Helm, ArgoCD, and monorepo workflows




• Shape multi-tenant SaaS capabilities including tenant-aware services, security boundaries, and scalability
• Partner with product management and stakeholders to shape the technical roadmap
• Mentor engineers and strengthen architectural practices across teams
• Represent the team in the architecture community and ensure cross-department alignment

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience as Software Architect or senior technical leader
• Extensive experience designing distributed, cloud-native applications in container-based environments
• Solid knowledge of Kubernetes and modern deployment practices
• Strong experience with .NET / C#, and guiding xqbhyrx architecture in a mixed-technology setting
• Solid understanding of software architecture principles (OOP, SOLID, design patterns) and maintainable design
• Experience designing SaaS and multi-tenant solutions
• Strong knowledge of API design, HTTP, REST, and service integration patterns
• Understanding of application and API security best practices
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Strong English communication, and ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to lead through influence and align teams
