The incumbent will lead a team of Field Service Technicians to manage day‑to‑day priorities, solve client issues, optimise manpower and resources, respond to customer complaints, and escalates key issues to senior management. /ph3Primary Responsibilities /h3ulliActs as first point of escalation for Managed Services at MAD Airports. /liliResponds to customer complaints and carries out customer satisfaction investigations to ensure establishment of appropriate improvement plans. /liliPerforms Quality Issue Management, coordinating the servicing, operating, maintaining, repairing and removal of equipment. /liliConducts technical analysis of product implementations, modifications and enhancements to products in accordance with specific customer specifications. /liliManages technical products, services, logistics and configurations for assigned customers. /liliTroubleshoots technical problems and issues and recommends actions to company or customer representatives. /liliAssesses product needs in accordance with customer specifications. /liliActs as local on‑site Collins Aerospace representative to the customer's organisation. /liliManages statement of work to meet customer and contract requirements.
