In this role you help design and evolve scalable backend systems that power Expedia's B2B partnerships. You will influence architecture, mentor peers, and lead complex technical initiatives to deliver reliable APIs for partners globally. You’ll work across teams to resolve cross-cutting challenges and drive efficient operations, with a focus on measurable impact and maintainable code. Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and 5+ years of experience; or Master's degree and 3+ years of experience; or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin with experience across at least three programming languages
• Experience maintaining production software with monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management xqbhyrx
• Experience designing distributed systems and building RESTful APIs
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, modular code using design patterns and data structures
• Experience leading code reviews and upholding technical standards
• Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
