This is a strategic and highly visible role, designed for a professional who can lead complex global launch initiatives, align cross-functional stakeholders and ensure product readiness from development through to market introduction. /p pThe Launch Manager will play a critical role in driving launch excellence across internal teams, external partners and CMOs, ensuring that each new product is introduced on time, within scope and in full compliance with quality and regulatory standards. /p pIf you are motivated by challenge, collaboration and impact, and you are ready to contribute to a growing international organization with a strong innovation mindset, this opportunity could be the right next step in your career. /p h3What are we looking for? /h3 pWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive and influential professional with strong project leadership capabilities and a proven track record in complex, cross-functional environments. /p pThis person will be responsible for aligning activities across multiple functional areas within mAbxience to ensure the successful and timely launch of new products at a global level, always maintaining focus on business priorities, customer commitments and operational readiness. /p h3The challenge! /h3 pIn this role, you will: /p ul liLead and manage global launch activities for new pharmaceutical products, ensuring timely and successful execution. /li liDevelop and implement robust launch plans aligned with corporate strategy, business objectives and market expectations. /li liDefine project timelines, milestones, deliverables and resource allocation to ensure launch readiness across all functions. /li liCoordinate cross-functional stakeholders including Regulatory, Commercial, Operations, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Legal, IP, Planning, MSAT, Supply Chain and Customer Service. /li liServe as a central point of coordination between internal teams, external partners and CMOs, ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution. /li liTrack launch progress, monitor critical path activities and proactively identify,



assess and mitigate risks. /li liPartner with Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely regulatory submissions and approvals. /li liWork closely with Operations to ensure manufacturing and supply chain readiness for launch. /li liCollaborate with Quality Assurance to guarantee product quality and compliance with applicable standards and regulations. /li liEngage with Planning and Customer Service teams to ensure demand forecasting accuracy, inventory readiness and customer service level compliance. /li liEnsure the availability, quality and consistency of launch-related information and key deliverables. /li liPlan and manage the introduction of new products into manufacturing facilities and to customers. /li liCoordinate and schedule product transfers from external sites to mAbxience manufacturing plants. /li liLiaise with customers before, during and after product transfer, product introduction and first delivery, ensuring expectations are understood and successfully met. /li liAssess packaging needs and define the most suitable packaging strategy in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders. /li liDirect and monitor launch projects in accordance with company priorities and customer timelines. /li liEnsure compliance with GMP, SHE and all relevant regulatory and quality requirements. /li liIdentify and promote end-to‑end supply chain improvement opportunities, including cost optimization and process standardization initiatives. /li liSupport supply operations excellence by identifying inefficiencies and improvement opportunities across manufacturing and supply activities. /li liCollaborate on operational topics such as planning, returns, sampling management, serialization and data governance. /li liContribute to the continuous improvement of launch methodologies, governance and best practices. /li /ul h3What do you need? /h3 pTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring: /p ul liBachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences or Business Administration. /li liProject Management certification such as PMP will be considered a plus. /li liA Master’s degree in Supply Chain is highly desirable.
