They collaborate with internal teams and global vendors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. /p pThis is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role idóneo for someone who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and cross-cultural communication that is keen to enter the industry in a hands-on, entry-level role with unlimited learning and growth opportunities in the industry´s leading company. /p h3Position responsibilities /h3 ul lipCoordinate the full lifecycle of multiple localization and translation projects simultaneously /p /li lipCoordinate all project phases, from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth execution /p /li lipCollaborate with Sales/Client Services teams to define project scope, timelines, and requirements /p /li lipCommunicate with our global network of vendors (translators, editors, and other specialists) to negotiate rates, assign tasks and agree on deadlines, and subsequently monitor project progress /p /li lipTrack project status, proactively identifying and resolving issues with involved stakeholders /p /li lipManage project budgets, including cost tracking,
gross margins and financial reporting /p /li lipMaintain accurate and organized project documentation /p /li lipPerform quality control checks at various stages (e.g. proofreading, final-eye reviews of deliverables, etc.) /p /li lipEnsure compliance with internal processes and quality standards /p /li lipComplete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor. /p /li /ul h3Essential skills required /h3 ul lipBachelor´s degree or equivalent /p /li lipSuperior written and spoken communication skills in English /p /li lipMinimum 1 year of professional experience in a similar position in corporate environment /p /li lipAbility to work both independently and take initiative, while also being comfortable collaborating effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders on an international level /p /li lipStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively /p /li lipHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality /p /li lipGood analytical and problem-solving skills /p /li lipProficiency in MS Office and general computer skills /p /li /ul h3Desired skills and experience /h3 ul lipKnowledge of additional languages at professional working proficiency /p /li lipExperience in translation/localization project management /p /li lipFamiliarity with CAT tools or localization platforms /p /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
