The selected candidate will contribute to the end‑to‑end development of architectural projects for leading global retail brands, ensuring high design standards, technical accuracy, and alignment with local and international requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills,



the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, and a proactive approach to managing complex project environments. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams across several Hyphen offices. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport internal workflows and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. /li liLead and coordinate the full development of Retail projects, from concept design through to delivery. /li liEnsure high technical quality and consistency across all project phases. /li liProduce, review, and manage BIM models and technical documentation using Revit at an advanced level. /li liFacilitate effective communication and coordination between multidisciplinary teams across Hyphen’s international network. /li liManage client relationships, providing clear guidance and representing Hyphen in meetings and presentations. /li liEnsure compliance with Spanish building regulations and applicable international standards. /li liCoordinate with engineers, consultants, suppliers, and other project stakeholders. /li liIdentify risks and propose technical and operational solutions. /li /ul h3Your Skills And Experience /h3 ul liDegree in Architecture. /li li7+ years of professional experience, ideally with a strong focus on Retail projects.
