The ideal candidate will have experience supporting project management activities, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring effective project follow-up. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

- 2-3 years of experience as a IT PROJECT MANAGER

- Experience in Project Activity Management, Project Analysis, Project Control, and Project Coordination.

- Proven experience supporting Project Managers in tracking project deliverables, milestones, and risks.

- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and planning skills with a detail-oriented mindset.

- Experience working with project management methodologies and reporting activities.

- Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).

- Good level of English (written and spoken).

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

- Support Project Managers in the coordination and monitoring of project activities.

- Follow up with project teams to ensure tasks, milestones, and deliverables are completed on time.

- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports and project documentation.





- Coordinate communication between different teams and stakeholders.

- Identify potential project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating them when necessary.

- Participate in project planning, control, and governance activities.

- Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and consistently.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within project management processes.
