ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking an exceptional Senior Executive Assistant to provide strategic and operational support to the CEO EMEA and CFO EMEA. This is a highly visible, business-critical role supporting two senior executives responsible for leading a complex international organisation across multiple markets. /p pThis position goes well beyond traditional executive support. The successful candidate will act as a trusted business partner, helping maximise executive effectiveness by managing competing priorities, driving execution, coordinating strategic initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication across regional and global leadership teams. /p pThe adecuado candidate is exceptionally organised, commercially aware, digitally fluent, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment with minimal supervision. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Executive Operations /h3 ul liManage highly complex and constantly evolving calendars for the CEO and CFO, ensuring priorities align with business objectives. /li liCoordinate meetings across multiple international time zones. /li liOrganise domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, visas (where applicable) and contingency planning. /li liProcess expenses, reimbursements and travel-related administration accurately and on time. /li liMaintain executive records, confidential files, contact databases and key documentation. /li liCoordinate office administration and executive resources where required. /li /ul h3Executive Inbox Communications /h3 ul liManage executive inboxes by triaging emails, identifying priorities and ensuring timely responses. /li liDraft high-quality executive correspondence with minimal supervision. /li liIndependently respond to routine enquiries on behalf of the CEO and CFO where appropriate. /li liConvert emails and discussions into structured action lists and ensure follow-up. /li liPrepare executive briefings ahead of meetings. /li liDraft presentations, reports, speeches, announcements and other executive communications. /li liMaintain professional communication with senior internal and external stakeholders. /li /ul h3Strategic Executive Partnership /h3 ul liAct as a trusted extension of the CEO and CFO offices, helping maximise executive effectiveness. /li liMaintain visibility of strategic priorities across the EMEA organisation.



/li liEnsure commitments made by the executive team are tracked, monitored and delivered. /li liAnticipate executive requirements and proactively resolve issues before they arise. /liliCoordinate confidential projects and strategic initiatives requiring cross-functional collaboration. /li liSupport decision-making by preparing concise briefing papers, executive summaries and recommendations. /li liBuild strong relationships with senior stakeholders across the business. /li /ul h3Business Support /h3 ul liConduct research and gather information to support executive decision-making. /li liPrepare business cases, reports, executive summaries and strategic documents. /li liAssist with annual planning, quarterly business reviews and leadership presentations. /li liCoordinate logistics for executive visits, client meetings and strategic workshops /li liSupport confidential business initiatives and special projects. /li /ul h3Meeting Governance Management /h3 ul liCoordinate Executive Leadership Team meetings, Board updates, leadership forums and strategic planning sessions. /li liPrepare agendas, presentations and supporting documentation. /li liRecord accurate meeting minutes, decisions and actions. /li liTrack actions through to completion and provide regular progress updates. /li liEnsure governance documentation is accurate, organised and distributed appropriately. /li liCoordinate executive off-sites, workshops and leadershipevents. /li /ul h3Project Coordination Delivery /h3 ul liMaintain oversight of strategic initiatives across multiplefunctions and markets. /li liTrack milestones, owners, dependencies and deadlines. /li liCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure deliverables arecompleted on time. /li liMonitor progress against agreed plans and elevate risksproactively. /li liPrepare executive dashboards summarising project status, keydecisions, risks and next steps. /li liEnsure agreed actions from leadership meetings are completed and reported.



/li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline preferred. /li liFluent English (C1/C2) with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. /li liAdditional European languages are advantageous /li liAdvanced Microsoft Office 365 skills, including Outlook, Teams,Excel, Word and PowerPoint. /li liStrong digital literacy and confidence using AI-enabledproductivity tools. /li /ul h3Experience /h3 ul liProven experience supporting C-suite executives within aninternational organisation. /li liExperience supporting multiple senior executivessimultaneously, ideally a CEO, CFO or Managing Director. /li liExperience working within a multinational, matrix organisation. /li liDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment /li liExperience coordinating international travel, executive eventsand leadership meetings. /li liExperience preparing executive-level presentations, reportsand communications. /li liExposure to project coordination, PMO or strategic initiatives ishighly desirable. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ul liExcellent organisation, planning and prioritisation skills. /li liStrong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs. /li liSound judgement, problem-solving and decision-making abilities. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills. /li liStrong stakeholder management, professionalism and diplomacy. /li liAbility to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines. /li liAdvanced Microsoft 365 and Teams knowledge. /li liExperience with AI tools such as Copilot and ChatGPT. /li liFamiliarity with project management platforms (Planner, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet or similar). /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liPermanent contract. /li liHybrid working model. /li li23 working days of annual leave, plus two long weekends ofyour choice. /li liYour birthday off. /li liOpportunity to work directly with the CEO EMEA and CFOEMEA on strategic business initiatives. /li liExposure to senior leadership across a global organisation. /li liCareer development within a leading multinational businessdelivering innovative, large-scale projects. /li liA collaborative, ambitious and international environment whereinitiative, ownership and continuous improvement arerecognised and rewarded. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
