As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will shape the DevOps strategy for Claims u0026amp; Retail platforms and own the evolution of scalable, secure cloud infrastructure. You will work at the intersection of DevOps, cloud architecture, and platform engineering, setting direction while remaining hands-on with modern tooling. You will lead incident management, drive automation and CI/CD adoption, and ensure platform stability in a general environment. Responsabilidades
• 10+ years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or platform engineering
• Proven experience designing and managing cloud-based platforms (AWS / Azure)
• Strong expertise in CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or similar)
• Experience with monitoring and observability xqbhyrx tools (e.g., Dynatrace) and performance optimization
• Solid understanding of ITIL processes, security standards, and compliance frameworks
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with experience leading cross-functional and distributed teams
• Excellent problem-solving mindset and drive for innovation and continuous improvement
