Multinational company with more than 50 years of experience in the development and manufacturing of high‑precision thermoplastic solutions for sectors such as automotive, medical, electromechanical, industrial, and life sciences. Combining advanced technology, certified processes, and a strong commitment to innovation, quality, and sustainability, working in close collaboration with its clients from design to industrialization. With a strong international presence and headquarters in Catalonia, we are seeking a professional to lead business development in West/South Europe and North of Africa for Medical Device & Cosmetic Industries.

Key responsibilities

- Developing the regional business strategy aligned with integral objectives.

- Identifying and acquiring new accounts in Medical Device, Cosmetic and other key industries.

- Building and strengthening relationships with healthcare and cosmetic sector leaders.

- Managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting, needs analysis, technical/commercial proposal, and negotiation, to contract closure and customer onboarding.

- Working cross‑functionally with marketing, sales engineering,



technical and product teams to ensure value‑driven solutions and seamless integration from lead to order.

- Representing the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums to enhance the company visibility and position as a regional partner of choice.

- Reporting sales metrics, pipeline status, and market trends for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

We are looking for a professional with a university degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Life Science, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of international business development experience in B2B environments, preferably in medical devices, cosmetic or related fields. Experience in plastics or industrial manufacturing will be valued. Willingness to travel internationally and fluent English are essential. French or other European languages will be considered an advantage. xqbhyrx
