If you have experience in strongFIDIC contracts, claims management, and large-scale international construction projects /strong, we want to meet you!brstrong Your Responsibilitiesbr/strongulliManage contract administration and execution under the FIDIC Red Book framework. /liliLead variation management, claims, counterclaims, and delay analysis activities. /liliEstablish and maintain contract management systems and claim alert mechanisms, ensuring compliance with contractual notice requirements. /liliManage the full lifecycle of Extension of Time (EOT), variation orders, and cost claims. /liliCoordinate with construction, planning, cost control, and technical teams for evidence collection, event recording, and contractual analysis. /liliPrepare claim submissions, contractual notices, commercial correspondence, and formal claim documentation. /liliMonitor critical path changes, identify schedule risks, and support claim strategy development. /liliParticipate in commercial negotiations for main contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements. /liliReview contractual correspondence, meeting minutes, variation instructions, and related documentation. /liliSupport dispute avoidance and dispute resolution processes,



including risk identification and mitigation strategies. /liliAssist in acceleration analysis, resource impact evaluation, and delay assessment studies. /liliCoordinate commercial and contractual matters with clients, engineers, legal advisors, and third parties. /liliParticipate in project close-out and Final Account negotiations. /liliPerform additional duties assigned by Project Management.br/li /ulstrong Requirementsbr/strongulliBachelor’s degree or above in Engineering Management, Law, Civil Engineering, International Business, or related fields. /liliMinimum 5 years of experience in international contract management within construction projects. /liliStrong knowledge of FIDIC Red Book conditions and international contract administration practices. /liliProven experience in claims, variations, and commercial management in EPC, infrastructure, or data center projects. /liliFamiliarity with fast-track project environments and complex contractual frameworks. /liliKnowledge of claims procedures including Notices, Contemporary Records, EOT, Disruption, and Acceleration claims. /liliExperience with Primavera P6 and schedule-based delay analysis techniques. /liliStrong skills in contract risk management, negotiation, and dispute resolution.
