/li liBuild team capability through training, performance development, and effective workforce planning. /li liHelp ensure every product is manufactured with the care, precision, and quality that patients depend on. /li /ul h3What You'll Need (Required) /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of technical expertise and manufacturing experience. /li liPrevious experience leading teams within a manufacturing environment. /li liStrong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills. /li liExperience driving operational performance and continuous improvement initiatives. /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. /li liFluency in English and Spanish. /li liAvailability to work shifts, initially on the morning shift and in a future on a rotating shift schedule (morning/afternoon). /li /ul h3What Else We Look For (Preferred) /h3 ul liProject management experience. /li liExperience within the medical device industry or another highly regulated manufacturing environment. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
