Working alongside our SysOps team, you'll support the day‑to‑day operation, monitoring, and automation of our systems, with a particular focus on providing on‑call support to keep things available and healthy around the clock. It's a hands‑on role where you'll learn from senior engineers and grow your skills across automation, databases, and infrastructure. /ph3This is what you'll do /h3h3Automation and Configuration /h3ulliWork with and help maintain our Ansible playbooks and roles, and learn to write your own. /liliAutomate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors. /liliHelp ensure consistent configuration and deployment of infrastructure components. /li /ulh3Database Support /h3ulliHelp monitor and maintain our database clusters (MongoDB, ClickHouse, KeyDB, MySQL, and others) under the guidance of senior team members. /liliKeep an eye on database performance and flag issues that affect availability and reliability. /li /ulh3Monitoring and Performance /h3ulliUse our monitoring tools to keep an eye on the health and performance of the infrastructure. /liliHelp identify performance issues and work with the team to resolve them. /li /ulh3Collaboration and Support /h3ulliWork with development teams to support CI/CD processes. /liliProvide operational support and help troubleshoot infrastructure issues. /liliParticipate in on‑call rotations to support 24/7 availability (1 week on, 1 week off). /li /ulh3This is you /h3ulliAt least 1 year of work experience in a technical operations, infrastructure, or systems role. /liliSome exposure to infrastructure automation, ideally with Ansible, and an interest in writing clean, maintainable code.
