In this role you will lead the pre-construction phase for complex workplace and life sciences projects, partnering with project teams to shape scope, schedule, and budgets. You’ll review drawings for constructability and value engineering, drive bid and procurement strategies, and secure high-quality subcontractor engagement. You’ll present plans to clients, ensure profitability, and nurture client-first relationships. This role offers impact through guiding early project decisions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Partner with project teams to plan and strategize during the preconstruction phase
• Review drawings to identify constructability issues, value engineering opportunities, and accurate scopes of work, driving necessary corrections or changes
• Lead subcontractor bid processes to ensure consistency in scope, project details, logistics, and timelines
• Develop comprehensive project schedules that enable accurate estimating and procurement
• Prepare and update project budgets during client acquisition and project initiation phases




• Present proposals and budgets to clients in a professional and engaging manner, tailored to their preferences

• Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors to ensure a client-first approach

Responsabilidades
• 7-10 years of experience in construction estimating, ideally focused on commercial projects
• Comprehensive understanding of local markets, subcontractors, and trade-specific requirements
• Expertise in scoping, analyzing, and managing bids from xqbhyrx all trades
• Proven track record of coordinating subcontractor trades and delivering successful projects
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, health u0026 safety standards, and preconstruction methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and construction project management software (Vista preferred)
• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field (preferred)
