In this role, you will take ownership of business‑critical applications, leading the design, development, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise solutions. /p pYou will combine technical leadership with hands‑on development, ensuring applications remain secure, resilient and highly available while supporting business operations. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Application Ownership Support /h3 ul liAct as the technical owner for Credit Risk applications and services. /li liEnsure applications remain stable, secure, resilient, and available. /li liProvide Level 3 production support for incidents, problems, and service requests. /li liInvestigate and resolve complex technical issues within agreed SLAs. /li liCollaborate with infrastructure, operations, and business teams to minimize service disruption. /li /ul h3Development BAU Enhancements /h3 ul liDesign, develop, test, and implement new features, enhancements, and defect fixes. /li liDeliver regulatory, compliance, and business‑driven changes. /li liMaintain and improve existing applications while reducing technical debt. /li liEnsure all developments follow change management and release processes. /li liParticipate in production deployments and post‑release validation. /li /ul h3Technical Leadership /h3 ul liProvide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and support engineers. /li liConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. /li liPromote high‑quality software design, testing, security, and maintainability. /li liDrive knowledge sharing and maintain technical documentation. /li /ul h3Stakeholder Collaboration /h3 ul liPartner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities. /li liProvide technical expertise during incident management and problem resolution. /li liCollaborate with third‑party vendors where required. /li liSupport audit, risk, and compliance initiatives related to managed applications.
