Accounting Management /h3 ul lipManage end-to-end accounting for Spanish entities (AP, AR, expense reports, general ledger). /p /li lipPost accounting entries, prepare supplier payments, and review expense reimbursements. /p /li lipIssue customer invoices, monitor ageing reports, and manage collections. /p /li lipRecord and reconcile all bank movements; prepare monthly bank reconciliations. /p /li lipHandle monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities. /p /li lipPrepare semi-annual and annual financial statements. /p /li lipReview, analyse, and reconcile general ledger and intercompany accounts. /p /li lipUpload accounting data to the consolidation system (semi-annual). /p /li lipCoordinate yearly formalities (annual accounts filing, statutory documentation) with the Legal Department. /p /li /ul h32. Tax Management /h3 ul lipPrepare and submit periodic VAT returns. /p /li lipEnsure compliance with all mandatory tax filings. /p /li lipOversee Social Security declarations and payments with the local payroll provider. /p /li lipPrepare the annual tax package.



/p /li lipManage tax inspections and audits as the main contact for tax authorities. /p /li /ul h33. Accounting Tax Compliance /h3 ul lipMonitor changes in Spanish accounting and tax regulations. /p /li lipAdvise the Group Finance Department on regulatory updates and implications. /p /li lipEnsure internal processes comply with local legislation and Group policies. /p /li /ul h34.
