Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)
About The Role
We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape how AI understands organizational behavior, team dynamics, and decision-making. Your expertise will directly influence the quality and realism of AI reasoning in one of the most complex and human-centered domains: leadership.
This is a fully remote, adaptable contract role - work on your own schedule while contributing to cutting-edge AI development.

Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
What You'll Do
Review and evaluate AI-generated management and leadership scenarios used in model training
Assess the quality of AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
Identify unrealistic assumptions, logical gaps, or weak decision-making frameworks in AI outputs
Provide clear, structured feedback to help AI systems develop stronger managerial reasoning
Work independently and asynchronously to complete task-based assignments on your own schedule
Who You Are




3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
Deep understanding of organizational behavior, leadership theory, and management practice
Strong ability to evaluate decision-making frameworks and analyze complex tradeoffs
Comfortable reviewing and critiquing written scenarios, case studies, and AI-generated recommendations
Self-motivated and reliable — able to deliver quality work independently
Nice to Have
MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
Hands-on industry experience in leadership, operations, or organizational consulting
Familiarity with AI systems, content evaluation workflows, or instructional design
