We are currently seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager (Senior TPM) to support variable technology implementation projects, specifically Corrigo, for our clients across the JLL Technologies Program and Project Management Team. As Senior TPM, you'll be the primary client-facing project manager for Corrigo implementation and integration projects, with the flexibility to support multiple clients and projects concurrently across US and EMEA time zones.
Responsibilities include leading the projects and ensuring all related processes run smoothly, managing project risks and issues proactively. The Senior TPM is accountable for quality, on time, and in-budget delivery. The Program and Project Management team is a client-facing team that specializes in delivery of complex Corrigo and other variable technology implementation projects to JLLT clients.
What This Job Involves As a Senior Technical Project Manager (Senior TPM), you will be directly responsible for:
Serve as the primary client-facing lead on Corrigo and other variable technology implementation projects, flexing across multiple clients and time zones spanning the US and EMEA
Engage with stakeholders and ensure that the requirements documentation covers their needs, applying SDLC principles across the implementation lifecycle
Perform high quality project management with strong governance, thorough documentation, and efficient communication (project framework, minutes, status updates, risk management plan, steering meetings)
Maintain project scope and budget throughout delivery
Drive financial forecasting metrics such as project forecast, burn down reports, estimate to completion, and weekly timecard analysis against planned hour forecast
Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and program and project risks
Ensure project documentation is complete and provides the key metrics client leadership needs to make informed decisions
Facilitate regular meetings with end users across regions and time zones to assess adoption, identify pain points, and develop plans to improve user experience and drive adoption
Support continuous improvement mechanisms so tools continually evolve to improve end user experience and adoption

8+ years of technology project management experience
Required: IWMS experience
