Requirements
Proven experience in Internal Communications / Corporate Communications;
Ability to write andedit articles, announcements, and corporate materials;
Experience in launching or managing internal communication processes;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
English — Upper-Intermediate or higher;
Ability to prepare reports and analyze communication results;
Adherence to confidentiality principles.
Will be plus
Experience in FinTech / IT / digital companies;
Experience in launching internal communications from scratch;
Basic skills in visual content tools (Figma, Canva, etc.);
Experience working with corporate platforms and internal portals.
Soft Skills
Ability to work independently and take ownership;
Strong organizational and time management skills;
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset;
Ability to work withdifferent stakeholders and teams.
Responsibilities
Develop and manage internal communications channels;
Write and edit internal articles, announcements, and corporate materials;




Launch and maintain internal communication formats;
Generate and supportinternal initiatives;
Work with presentations, forms, and visual content;
Communicate with different departments to collect information;
Prepare reports on internal communication activities.
