We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic hands‑on Ads Operation Specialist. /p pAds Operation Specialists are responsible for managing project process, preparing campaign release materials, making campaign optimizations and data analysis for multiple clients within a team environment. You will work with ads ops team members and cross functional groups to address and resolve all ads ops issues in a timely manner. You will also work very closely with client. Contacts on a regular basis to ensure that insertion orders and instructions are clearly understood, creatives are tested and approved. To make sure all campaign deliverables are being met and guarantee campaign performance reach to clients’ KPI. /p h3RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 ul liResponsible for KA Advertiser’s campaign performance and annual consumption in Ads platform, which is regarded as net revenue contribution to department. /li liPerform all duties of ads operations including trafficking, troubleshooting, campaign optimizations and reporting /li liEffectively communicate status of campaigns, technical issues, launch, delays and delivery issues, etc.



to client contacts /li liPerform quality assurance, checks and debug issues with campaigns to ensure that line items and creative have been set up correctly and delivered across all platforms and devices /li liMonitor and analyze campaign performance /li liAssist with documenting, updating and maintaining traffic and work‑flow procedures for client accounts /li liIdentify workflow inefficiencies and address ideas to improve the ads ops process /li /ul h3QUALIFICATIONS: /h3 ul liStudies in the fields of marketing, advertising, media, communication or similar. /li li0~2 years of professional experience in marketing department or media house is preferred. /li liExcellent data analytical skills including proficiency in MS Excel (MUST HAVE). /li liStrong teamwork and communication skills /li liLanguage: Spanish Native and advanced English. /li /ul h3Conditions of the position /h3 ul liContract Type: Permanent contract with us. /li liLocation: Madrid. 100% on-site /li liSchedule: Monday to Thursday 9:30- 18:30 and Friday 9:30 - 16:00 /li liSalary range: €. /li li200 per month in restaurant card /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
