Join Celonis as a Strategic Value u0026amp; Process Optimisation Consultant to lead data-driven transformation for customers using the Process Intelligence Platform. You will work with the Sales and delivery teams to define value-focused use cases, build business cases, and pilot value through Proof-of-Value projects. You’ll guide end-to-end value realization, ensuring scalable adoption and executive alignment across industries. This role offers high-impact opportunities to shape transformational outcomes, working in a fast-growing, mission-driven SaaS company with strong AI capabilities.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Identify and frame value with Sales, translating business needs into AI and process-mining use cases
• Lead Value realization by governing implementation plans and coordinating with delivery teams to maximize ROI
• Scale value by driving adoption, renewals, and expansion, aligning with executives and CIO/C-level stakeholders
• Lead customer workshops and executive presentations in Spanish, managing stakeholder interactions
• Oversee multidisciplinary account teams and manage project scopes and timelines




• Communicate roadmaps and results effectively to stakeholders and C-level leadership

Responsabilidades
• +4 years of experience in technical pre-sales and delivery projects including AI roadmaps and ROI/TCO business cases
• Domain/Industry expertise across Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail, and Services
• Foundations in AI, data, analytics and experience with generative AI use cases (RAG, few-shot, prompt engineering)
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle; experience with RPA/BI tools and dashboards
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch); SQL is a must
• xqbhyrx Experience identifying value use cases and measuring ROI; ability to project operational impact
• Project and executive stakeholder management experience; ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Degree in Technology u0026 Management, Industrial/Business Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent work experience preferred
