The IBM Sales Accelerator Program is designed for early career professionals who want to build a long term career in technology sales. This program combines structured learning, hands on selling experience, and international exposure to prepare you to become a successful IBM seller. As part of the program, you will begin your journey with 2 months onboarding in your home country before joining IBM’s international Sales Center in Valencia, Spain for an 18 month Integral IBMer assignment. During this time, you will work with an international community of IBMers across EMEA while developing modern sales skills and gaining experience supporting real client opportunities. Through mentorship, structured training, and practical selling experience, the program prepares you to engage clients, support the sales cycle, and help organizations adopt IBM technologies across areas such as Data and AI, Cloud, Automation, and Sustainability.

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will develop core technology sales capabilities while supporting IBM sales teams and engaging with clients. You will learn modern selling techniques, build pipeline, and collaborate with technical specialists and solution teams to help clients address business challenges with IBM technology.

- Support the sales cycle from early prospecting through qualified opportunities

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field

- Recent xqbhyrx graduate with up to 12 months of full time professional experience

- Strong interest in technology sales and client engagement

- Strong communication, collaboration, and learning mindset

- Fluency in English and the language of the hiring market

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

- Exposure to enterprise technology areas such as AI, cloud, data, or automation

- Internship, academic, or project experience related to sales, technology, or business development

- Interest in international work environments and willingness to relocate for the program assignment
