This position offers hands‑on experience in HR and contributes to creating an exceptional employee experience. /ph3What You'll Do /h3ulliCoordinate interviews and distribute assessments for various roles, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers. /liliPost job openings across college networks, job boards, and social media platforms to expand the pool of qualified candidates. /liliPartner with the HR team on recruiting, training, employee communications, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and process improvements. /liliMaintain and update employee records using HR systems, gaining exposure to enterprise cloud technologies. /liliAdminister background checks for new hires and follow up with candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process. /liliTroubleshoot HR-related issues and assist managers and leaders in creating a positive, thriving work environment. /li /ulh3Who you are /h3ulliEnthusiastic, proactive,



and ready to grow with outstanding verbal and written communication skills. /liliProficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook; Excel skills are welcome. /liliFluent in English (bonus points for 1–2 additional EU languages). /liliSelf‑starter with attention to detail and the ability to work independently. /liliPassionate about continuous improvement and making meaningful contributions to the team. /liliPrior experience in recruiting, HR, or customer service is a plus but not required. /li /ulh3Base Salary Benefits /h3pBase salary compensation range will be offered within the stated range. A target bonus is available.
