What You Will Do
Identify and engage prospective business clients through outbound outreach
Qualify leads and uncover new business opportunities
Introduce AI-powered solutions that align with customer business needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers
Schedule meetings and hand over qualified opportunities to the sales team
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
Requirements
German communication skills required (C1 level or above)




Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
Experience in business development, sales, lead generation, or a customer-facing role is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Interest in technology and AI-driven business solutions
Goal-oriented with the ability to work in a target-driven environment
Ability to work on-site in Barcelona, Spain
