We looking for our : Digital Manufacturing Specialist (F/M)
This role exists to design, deploy, and support digital manufacturing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, data visibility, and decision‑making across plant functions. It serves as the plant‑level subject matter expert for digital tools, manufacturing applications, and data‑driven process improvement. The role collaborates closely with IT/IS, operations, supply chain, and technical teams to implement digital workflows and support system integration. It also ensures successful user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing application support.
Responsabilities :
Lead implementation and support of digital tools, manufacturing applications, and plant‑level automation systems.
Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and analytics that improve data visibility and operational decision‑making.
Troubleshoot digital systems, document processes, and support configuration and user guidance.
Train plant users on digital applications, workflows, and best practices to support strong adoption.
Support execution of the plant’s digital roadmap,



including coordination with vendors and internal partners.
Collaborate across operations to identify improvement opportunities and translate process needs into digital solutions.
Ensure digital solutions comply with IT governance, system standards, and cybersecurity requirements.
Other related duties as assigned to support business needs.
Required qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Information Systems, Manufacturing, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in chemical or process operations.
Hands‑on experience with MES, IIoT, or other manufacturing digital systems.
Strong understanding of production workflows, operations processes, and digital manufacturing tools.
Ability to support multiple projects with strong organization, prioritization, and follow‑through.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and translate operational constraints into digital solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work cooperatively in a diverse team environment.
Preferred qualifications :
Experience with automation systems, data analytics platforms, or industrial software integration.
Experience collaborating with IT/IS teams and external vendors.
Working conditions :
Work is primarily performed in an office environment with periodic presence in production or warehouse areas for troubleshooting, training, or system support.
Activities involve extended computer use with the ability to identify and distinguish color.
Occasional exposure to typical industrial conditions such as noise, temperature variation, and movement of materials or equipment while following all safety requirements.
Frequent use of computers, planning tools, and collaboration platforms requiring remaining stationary for prolonged periods.
