The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full billing and collections cycle, working closely with PR teams to ensure the accurate administrative and financial management of client accounts, from their creation in the system through to the final collection of invoices. This individual will play a key role in ensuring billing deadlines are met, monitoring outstanding debt and supporting the continuous improvement of internal processes. /ph3Requirements /h3ulliBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field. /liliMinimum of 3 years' experience in billing, Accounts Receivable or financial administration roles. /liliProven experience in collections management, debt follow-up and reduction of overdue balances. /liliHigh level of English (minimum B2-C1), both written and spoken. /liliExperience working with financial ERP systems. /liliPrevious experience with Workday is highly desirable. /liliAdvanced Excel skills. /liliAbility to manage collection conversations with confidence, professionalism and a customer-focused approach. /li /ulh3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliManaging the end-to-end process from client set-up through to invoice issuance. /liliEnsuring billing deadlines and monthly closing timelines are consistently met. /liliCoordinating with PR teams to ensure all billing information is accurate and available on time.
