Leads key aftersales projects and provides operational and administrative support to the Aftersales Manager. /p ul liLeads marketing campaigns, communication activities, CR initiatives, and sales promotions to reinforce service branding, increase customer engagement, and support dealer network performance. /li liDeploy and maintenance aftersales platforms across Dealer nertwork. /li liInterfaces and API developing with Dealers and providers to improve the communication, performance and bussiness analysis. /li liLeadership in aftersales digitalization projects across NSC and Official Dealer network. /li liCustomer loyalty programs definition,



development, launch and monitoring. Auto insurance, Maintenance programs, financing. /li liPricing analysis, manage MKT content and coordinate communications with Dealer network. /li liDevelop AS reports performance dashboards (KPls). /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liBachelor or Master’s degree, or equivalent level acquired through education or work experience. /li li3+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/E-mobility within an importer or OEM. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English (mandatory). Chinese is a plus. /li liCapability of analysing market trends and after sales performance. /li liAbility to translate technical products or service offerings into compelling value propositions /li liHigh level of attention to detail, time management, and accuracy.
